Soft Cinematic Lighting - The Book Light Technique

The book light technique gives you super soft lighting using only one light. Bouncing the light before it's diffused through a scrim makes it really even and soft, but also means it's no longer very directional. You can help control this by using flags and neg fill to contain it a little more and stop it spilling out everywhere.
