Peter McKinnon is a photographer who always aspired to shoot with a medium format camera, specifically a Phase One, which he believes to be the Pinnacle of Photography. In a recent video, Peter is shown shooting with the Phase One IQ4, which costs $80,000 for the whole kit. The camera has a 150-megapixel sensor, which is different from the typical mirrorless or DSLR cameras. According to Peter, this camera is the best of the best, and there is nothing quite like it in the market.

In the video, Peter Andrew Lusztyk showcases his ability to take an ordinary object and show the story behind it, turning it into art. He also talks about the remarkable engineering that goes into the making of the camera. The camera is designed to be tough, and the manufacturers go to great lengths to ensure it can withstand any damage.

Peter shows the audience how he uses a Schneider 120mm macro lens, specifically designed for the 150-megapixel digital back, to shoot the images. He also talks about the use of a studio stand tripod, which he prefers to a regular tripod as it offers more stability and precision when shooting straight down.

Peter is shown shooting tethered to a computer and using the computer to focus the camera. He explains the process of focus stacking, which is useful when shooting an object with depth. He takes multiple images, incrementally moving the focus from front to back and then blends them into one ultra-sharp image using software.

Peter's impressive work has caught the attention of many people, including Peter McKinnon, who has multiple pieces of Peter's art displayed around his house and office. Throughout the video, viewers get a glimpse of Peter's skills as a photographer and his talent for finding beauty in everyday objects. Although the Phase One IQ4 camera may come with a hefty price tag, it is the perfect tool for Peter to capture breathtaking images that truly embody the definition of art.
