Transforming a Garden Shed into a Giant Camera
Photographer, educator, and camera builder Brendan Barry has just made a new video documenting the transformation of his garden shed into a giant camera with a built-in darkroom which he then uses to take a series of photographs using a variety of analogue photographic processes
In it, I talk through the build and operation of the shed camera, bring together a number of the processes I experiment with and shares some of the materials and approaches I use in my practice - RA4 colour reversal, B&W paper negs contacted to positives and shooting with direct positive paper, both with normal chemistry and with caffenol - said Brendan Barry -
