It is essential to have a thermometer and a timer in your darkroom. Ikea has a cheap solution for that, it is called “Klockis”. But it has one downside, it changes color when you turn it from one setting to the next one. This could cause fail exposures.

That's the reason Markus Hofstaetter shows you how to modify Klockis to just shine in red. He is giving away two modified Klockis to subscribers of his YouTube Channel who commented why they need one.
