Apparently you have to be a total dick to be a good director or a leader. Maybe it was the key to those legendary directors success. "This is a question that has been eating away at me for a long time, so I decided to make a movie about it. - saids Max Joseph- " So, he interviewed directors, writers, and thinkers on the subject of leadership to get an answer to this question.
