"The Owl Cam": Remote operated gyro stabilized helmet cam inspired by nature

Inspired by nature we designed and built a system that opens up for new and exciting ways to capture moving images. The Owl cam gives the operator the chance to focus purely on traveling along side a subject without being distracted by additional camera operation. The camera is remote controlled (via a video link ) by a second operator strategically positioned along the path of action.



This first prototype is meant as a proof of concept to see what images this system potentially can produce. New lighter and smaller versions are in the works!
