Only these were not conventional clowns: those featured ranged from actors to friends, and even included renowned photographer Steve McCurry.

Taking a portrait of Steve McCurry

I’ve been working with Steve for several assignment in the past 5 years and assisting him has been always both a great school of photography and a great life experience.

Few months ago I had the opportunity to take some portraits of him. Here we have one of them. His shadow on the glass is showing details of one of his most famous picture, the Afghan Girl. As you can imagine it wasn’t that easy since Steve is used to be on the other side of the camera even when he is not taking pictures - saids Eolo

Every Picture Tells a Story

Photography arrived quite late in my life, but fortunately passions are timeless, so at 28 I took a camera in my hands without knowing that after a while my desire would be to keep it there forever. Taking pictures has become something that goes beyond the simple realization of images and has deeply changed my way of experiencing life and relating to others.

In the past 12 years I worked for several international agencies and clients such as JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, BBDO, Corbis, Samsung, Sky Television, Pirelli, Lavazza, Pepsi Cola, Kraft, Gatorade, Novartis.

My images appeared on many magazines and journals such as The New York Times, Communication Arts, Panorama First, Vision, Vogue Russia, GQ Russia, L’espresso, Computer Arts to name some of them.

In the last years I’ve been also honored to assist on the field photographers like Steve McCurry, Elliott Erwitt and James Natchwey in several of their shootings in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America.

I was born in France in a small town called Cognac.

I live in Rome and work all over the world.
