Both photographers are similar in that they are both intrusive and disrespectful. Do *NOT* do what these guys are doing: either be candid, "a fly on the wall" Cartier-Bresson style, observe the flux and capture the moments you find interesting; or if you have to intrude on people's everyday life - be polite and respectful, ask the people if it's ok to photograph them, and thank them afterwards.
