The invention of a new analog format - 100 sheets of 4x5 per roll!
Analog photography has witnessed a groundbreaking innovation with the introduction of a new 4x5 roll format capable of capturing 100 sheets per roll. This pioneering development, created by Ethan Moses, aka Cameradactyl, redefines large-format photography by combining the qualities of instant film, traditional large-format photography, and modern roll-based processing.
The new system utilizes color photo paper, commonly used for prints, but instead of being processed in a darkroom or a printer, it is directly exposed in-camera and processed using a custom-built roll-to-roll dip-and-dunk processor.
This process allows photographers to shoot large-format images quickly and efficiently. In this episode "In An Instant" make the journey to Cameradactyl HQ in Albuquerque to discover how analog is actually the future.
