A funny portrait of Music producer/engineer/mixer Adrian Hall by Manchul Kim

As I have learned music when I was young, I was accustomed to musical tone. While watching his work, I could not really cease to surprise ... continually ... and could not help repeatedly let out the phase, "This is ridiculous." I proposed the Portrait task to him which he accepted without hesitation and were able to make a interesting picture... were able to finish the job in just 10 minutes having only speed light with one toy of Aurora and also satisfied with the results. 

Adrian Hall is currently a much in demand mixer, engineer/producer. He has worked on a wide range of genres throughout his career, meaning he can turn his hand to a broad spectrum of projects.

He has worked with artists ranging from The Black Eyed Peas, Alicia Keys, Robbie Williams, Shakira and Robyn to Depeche Mode, Big Deal, Young Knives, Longview and The Clash. Most recently, Adrian has been involved in working on projects including Big Deal’s album ‘June Gloom’, Polly Scattergood’s album, ‘Arrows’ and the latest singles from Goldfrapp (‘Thea’) and Anna Calvi (‘Piece By Piece’).



In regards to his live work, Adrian has mixed major live releases for Robbie Williams, Shakira and Youssou N’Dour. Adrian also mixed the incredible Philadelphia leg of the Live8 concert, which had a viewership of over one million people. The DVD features performances from legendary artists such as Stevie Wonder, Destiny’s Child, Bon Jovi, Maroon 5, The Black Eyed Peas, Alicia Keys and more. Adrian’s current live projects include working with rock titans Depeche Mode on their forthcoming live release.

Adrian’s studio is based in Sutton.
