Speed Retouch - High Key Lighting to give a porcelain skin look by Lindsay Adler

I photographed this model during my first Beauty Portfolio Intensive workshop in NYC (beautyintensive.eventbrite.com).

My goals for this photo were to remove blemishes, improve contrast, and give a porcelain skin look.

The lighting consisted of a 3x4ft softbox directly behind the model, a beauty dish in the front, and a silver reflector beneath her chin. The softbox behind her gave the soft wrapping light around her cheekbones and clavicles as but also decreased the contrast in the photo.
