Relax haters, she's showing a one handed quick change, the same think David Hobby detailed a week or so ago. Would have been nice if she explained what she was doing for those who don't know, but I suspect that's in a blog post and this was just an accompanying video
It's not the changing lens which is the issue. It's the way she throws very expensive lens in her bag. Yes David Hobby shows how to change lens but he is careful to state that he puts uncapped lens upright in the bag until he has a chance to cap the rear element.
