 About Caleb Kuhl

I'm a Los Angeles based photographer focusing on commercial advertising, music, editorial and landscape photography. Originally from Kansas City, I grew up loving most things boys do. I have an extensive G.I. Joe and Ninja Turtles collection and still enjoy busting out the original NES from time to time. I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Graphic Design which prompted my love for photography. I was working as a graphic designer in San Diego when one day I decided to buy a camera, a few lights, and start shooting. I moved to Nashville, TN for 5 years where I developed my photography, shooting too many bands and musicians to count.

I've been shooting for 7 years now and feel fortunate to have found a profession I love so much. I also enjoy road trips, snowboarding, Xbox, movies, spending time outdoors and writing/recording music with my buddies in Nashville. I have 3 bearded dragons, best pets in the world! While I enjoy shooting complex composite images with no imaginative barriers, I equally enjoy shooting with nothing but my camera. I also love shooting polaroid and occasionally bust out my dad's old 35mm Minolta.
