New Technique: LCD viewfinder strengths and weaknesses for photography - Jimmy Hickey
I have been using an LCD viewfinder to take ambient portraits for over a year now, and it has changed my process of creating images a great deal.
Originally designed for videographers, the LCD viewfinder enlarges the rear LCD screen, enabling the photographer to take photographs using Live Mode. This video goes over the positives and negatives of using an LCD viewfinder while taking a behind the scenes look at a photoshoot.
Hope this helps some people out! Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns in regard to using an LCD viewfinder!
