Travel photography: I am travelling to Portugal and this is my equipment bag

My travel equipment

My bag  | I love to walk light

Well, I am flying to Portugal now to try to take cool  pictures in this amazing country with incredibles places like Sintra ( view pictures here via 500px )

And this will be my travel equipment, really compact:

- Nikon D7000 ( if you compare with a D700/800 is a small and light camera, perfect to travel)
- Nikon 18-200 VR (Bad boken but Ken Rockwell loves this lens too)
- Tokina 11-16 ( amazing for this price and f2.8 )
- Nikon 35mm (street photography lens)
- Iphone 4 ( street photography....camera)

Cards:

- Four SD cards: ( 8 and 16 GB)
- One Eye-Fi SD card

Travel strobist equipment:

- 8" softbox
- Extendable Hand Held Monopod ( with my tripod I have a light stand with softbox)
- Nikon speedlight sb-800

Travel landscape and night photography equipment:
 -Slik Sprint Mini II GM Tripod : Weight  1.72 lbs (780g) and Folded Length 13.8" (35.0cm)
- Polarizing filter
- ND 8 Filter

Back up:
- Asus EEE Pc
- Iomega Hard Drive

Bag:
- Lowepro photo runner ( with D7000 with 18-200 | Tokina 11-16 and Nikon Flash and filters). It is incredible all that you can carry with this bag.

Software:
