Behind the scenes with photographer, Robert Carter.

This project is my interpretation of the ancient Greek Gods. My influences, apart from the ancient folklore, include Karl Lagerfeld and the art of the theater tableau.


My style has come to develop two facets. One is heavily influenced by fine art, and the other by fashion. As I progress as both a person and a photographer, the line separating the two sides is becoming less distinct, and I find that both facets, rather than compete, inform one another. I've been asked which I prefer, and to that query I pose another: why should I choose?
